These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and AI Bill Watch (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the AI Bill Watch platform (“Service”), you represent that you have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

AI Bill Watch is a legislative tracking and compliance planning platform that monitors AI-related healthcare legislation across U.S. states. The Service provides automated bill tracking, personalized compliance planning, AI-powered analysis, and export tools for compliance reports and development workflows.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. AI BILL WATCH IS NOT A LAW FIRM AND DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. NOTHING IN THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES LEGAL, REGULATORY, OR COMPLIANCE ADVICE. CONSULT A QUALIFIED ATTORNEY BEFORE MAKING DECISIONS BASED ON THIS SERVICE.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, maintain confidentiality of your credentials, promptly notify us of unauthorized access, and may not share accounts.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

5.1 Plans: Free, Professional, and Enterprise tiers available. Pricing subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
5.2 Payment: Paid subscriptions billed monthly in advance via secure payment processor.
5.3 Cancellation: Cancel anytime; access continues through end of billing period.
5.4 Refunds: No refunds for partial periods except as required by law.

6. Permitted Use and Restrictions

You may not resell or redistribute the Service, scrape data systematically, use the Service to build a competing product, reverse-engineer any part of the Service, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by or licensed to AI Bill Watch. You retain ownership of content you provide but grant us a limited license to use it to provide the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THAT LEGISLATIVE INFORMATION WILL BE COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI BILL WATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Bill Watch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Arizona state or federal courts. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via updated date and, for significant changes, by email or in-platform notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
